I'm always seeing tips and new ways online to help you be the healthiest and best version of yourself possible.
So many diets, types of exercise, fashion and beauty tips and lifestyle suggestions to help you become what's considered perfect. I am always inspired by new ideas and enjoy being able to impliment things into my life that I've learned from those I look up to.
But what I like to talk about, and what I think is the most important part of being beautiful, is mental health.
The beauty that you feel on the inside, not see on the outside.
This obviously comes with balance, we can't indulge in any and every temptation in life just because we want to, or let's face it, most of us would be a lot worse off.
But if I thoroughly enjoy days in my sweatpants, eating junk food and not doing a damn thing, than you better believe I'm going to take advantage of doing that when I get the chance.
If having toned muscles and flat stomach gives me a confidence that nothing else can, than by all means I'll be working out everyday to achieve that.
If just the thought of moving to the top at my job causes a sense of accomplishment I've never experienced, then I sure as hell am going to my job motivated everyday to get there.
What I'm trying to say, is just do what makes you happy.
Don't try to be what you think other people will see as perfect, don't try to be like your romodels.
The real you could be a remodel for someone else.
Most people that are looked up to started out by gaining the courage and building confidence to share who they really are.
I don't give beauty tips, I love getting them and sure could use them, but that's not me. I think true beauty is defined by what you let egress from your heart.
And a truly happy person radiates something that everyone around them can feel and see.
