My happiness is very important to me.
I spend a lot of time, and invest my efforts into making sure I stay that way.
That being said, and as emotionally attached as I am to the things I care about, I really try to not let things or people easily effect my mood.
There will always be situations in life that cause negative emotional reactions, and everyone has the choice to move past these and focus on the positive things in life instead.
I have figured out the things that make me happiest in life, such as my family members, my close friends, my home (when it's clean!), outdoor adventures, my pets (and all animals really), writing, saving money, and SO much more.
So when something does not fit into one of those categories I often don't invest my time and efforts into it.
I talk to and spend time with my friends and family members every chance I get because they make me smile and laugh.
I enjoy lounging in my home, clean and tidy around me and candles lit; nothing better.
Camping, fishing, hikes, neighborhood walks, park visits with the kids, you name it happening outdoors, I'll do my best to fit it in my schedule.
As a 7 year working vet assistant with some vet tech training, I also care deeply about everyone's beloved companions happiness and health too!
If I am upset about something and can write it down, make it a poem, or organize and get out thoughts, by all means, I will!
If it's not going to save me money or its not on sale, not buying it!
So you get the picture; I found all the things that make me happy in life and I surround myself with them all day EVERYDAY!
